Venison casserole cooked slowly in the oven with root vegetables in a rich red wine gravy.

Mushroom Stroganoff served with rice.

Haddcok poached in white wine dressing with a prawn and dill sauce.

All Main courses are served with fresh seasonal vegetables and a duo of potatoes.
